Flora is a 9-year-old girl who lives in an ordinary world like ours. But in Flora's backyard, there's a hole in the hedge, and it's no ordinary hole. When Flora crawls through it, she encounters THE FOREVER FOREST - an amazing and magical place where there's always chaos, trouble, and strange creatures seeking help. And no one in the forest can really solve these problems on their own. There is The Evil Fairy, who desperately wants to be seen as the good fairy she believes she is, but she always ends up creating more problems than she solves. Then there’s Knighty-Knight... Beneath his shiny armor and great confidence, he is clumsy and cowardly, but he will happily show up just in time to take the credit after someone else has solved the problem. Luckily, Flora meets the good-natured but anxious pixie Lars, who becomes her best friend. Lars has a magical hat that alerts him whenever there is trouble in the Forest. However, he doesn’t always have the courage to go out and solve it. Maybe most of all because he doesn’t see himself as a "hero". Fortunately, he has Flora, who eagerly dives into the unknown and loves solving problems with Lars. When the two of them work together, there's nothing they can’t do. Flora & Lars is a wondrous series of fun adventures about the magic of sticking together and helping each other. It's also about daring to be who you are, no matter what others might think. That’s the most important thing for becoming a complete person, pixie, or whatever else you are.
